North Carolina-Pembroke selects StatBroadcast for live stats

PEMBROKE, NC --

The University of North Carolina at Pembroke and StatBroadcast announced today that the school will use the StatBroadcast live platform to simulcast live stats of its athletic events throughout the 2016-17 academic year.

North Carolina-Pembroke is a public university founded in 1887 with a current enrollment of more than 6,250 students; it is one of 17 schools that make up the University of North Carolina System, joining in 1972. The UNCP Braves are members of NCAA Division II and compete in the Peach Belt Conference in 16 varsity sports.

UNCP is the eighth member of the UNC System to partner with StatBroadcast, joining Appalachian State, East Carolina, North Carolina State, UNC-Chapel Hill, UNC-Greensboro and UNC-Wilmington.
